ediraf announces new kit designs

The Starblaydi corporation ediraf have, for many years, been one of the two big names in football kit manufacturing across the world. For many years they had created Starblaydia's national football team kits, but their jump into the international spotlight first came when they were accepted as the Primary Apparel Sponsor for World Cup 25 in Kaze Progressa and Audioslavia. As well as re-vamping the Starblaydi kit range, they also provided the kits, tracksuits and equipment for the tournament's referees. Ediraf were chosen once again to be the official provider of officals' jerseys for the Casaran Groups and matches as well as the official sportswear provider for World Cup 29, much to the dismay of ediraf's main sportswear rival, JMC, who's home nation Krytenia were also hosting the event. At the start of the centennial World Cup the World Champions, Under-21 Champions and AOCAF Champions were all kitted out in ediraf uniforms.

Many years later, by the time Starblaydia had re-entered the world stage after their hiatus, ediraf only provided kits for two nations: Starblaydia and San Adriano. JMC then also returned to the international realm for World Cup 38, and the Solenial company Siko sprang up. The international market had become dominated by JMC in a monopoly confined only to the western side of the Bekk Lake of Atlantian Oceania.

Now, however, ediraf have put themselves back on the world stage. After a well-received design for World Cup 38, there is be a new range of kits for World Cup 41 and beyond. It's true, ediraf is back, and your national team can be a part of it. ediraf have created a new breathable hybrid material known as CoolClimate, which absorbs sweat on the interior, transpirates it to the exterior of the material and allows it to dry. Furthermore, the material allows air in, keeping the player at a regulated body temperature even in the muggiest and warmest of matches.

The 'Current Workload' is based on both NS and RL commitments, and a 'Busy' workload with just a single ediraf order may coincide with a busy time in RL, for instance when I'm getting close to my magazine publishing deadlines.

If your nation requires a kit, be it from scratch, a development of an older style or even a change in contract from JMC (other kit-makers are available ;) ) to ediraf, simply post your details below. If you know specific hexadecimal web colours you want to use, please tell me them, or I will take them from your nation's flag or simply make them up. Also specify a player name and number to use on the kits, if you do not want generic 'Player' and '14' numbers. Including a Football Association badge would be great, too, otherwise I'll make something from your flag.

At the moment, I'm limiting this endeavour to national teams, therefore excluding club sides. IC posts preferred, but you don't have to, by any means, RP in this thread.

With a new flag, a new NFA logo
As some of you have noticed our country has changed flag some time ago. After first having an eagle in it, we decided it was time to change it to a real falcon. A peregrine falcon, that is. And since our Nethertopian Football Association had the same eagle in it it was time for an update there too. We also removed the two colors from our flag from it, making the logo clearer to see on tenues. Without further ado, we present you the new NFA logo:

Nethertopia chooses ediraf
As the title says, we would like to place an order with eridaf for a new kit. Our old one (http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/2762/nethertopiakitxt3.png) has been good, but it's time for a professional kit. We would like to order the home kit with our two primal colors of our flag and keep the three bowd stripes of our old kit. It resembles the claws of a Falcon. Surprise us with the rest of the tenue and the away kit. No preferable colors for the latter one. Our star attacker, Abdoulaye Soro with his number 10 shall represent our nation on the kit.

Can they be other sports besides soccer national teams.

Well anyways the Purple Knights of Taeshan, after the unjerseygiven due to technicalities from Kry have decided to again atempt to have jerseys.

The home Kit will be an all purple jersey.(go onto photobucket and look at the ones Errundea made. I want them to be similar.) The #s and names shall be in gold as would the socks. And with shoes they would be royal Blue.

The away jersey is due to protest a gold topped same purple bottom like th ERR jerseys. The names and #s should be purple with purple socks and shoes.

The goalies will have blood red kits with Black #s. And socks and so on.

The Player names shall be the #18 Ying Uing(brian) jersey. Th goalie jersey should be Montague(Tad) with the famous #1.

Krytenia are, of course, locked into a contract with JMC; however, top league side Caledon Simpson are going rogue and would like some ediraf concoctions for the upcoming TaqilQuip Cup.

Home colours are dark navy (#000040), white, and RawrCrush Purple, with navy prominent.
Away shirts are white with detailing in navy and purple.

Nice jerseys i especiually like the purple that has been chosen. Also i would like to no what those slashes and stuff are for...But they are so awesome. And cool thinking with putting in th nice shades of green in from my old jerseys.

The Macabee's national team, hoping to partake in World Cup 41, is in need of a new kit for both home and away games. The team's management, including myself, is impressed by the quality of Ediraf's kits and we're interested in establishing a contract. The colors for the home kit, if possible, are gold and white, although given that we see that another nation shares a similar kit for their away games, is it possible to imprint a shaded double headed eagle on both kits [OOC: see my flag]? And, on the right side of the chest an iron cross [OOC: also on the flag] as the team's emblem. For the away kit, perhaps blue and white in the same fashion [OOC: similar to Atlético de Madrid's kit].

For the purpose of the example, we'd like the shirt to print on the back the number 21 with the name Derek Mitoraj.

Greetings to whomsoever it may concern at ediraf,

Never ones to miss out on a perfectly good fad, the Candelaria And Marquez Association Football Association have decided, after a decade (or possibly two of them, who really knows) in the international arena, we could do with some decent kits, to be debuted at the Fifth Di Bradini Cup.

I look forward therefore to welcoming an ediraf committee to C&M to finalise the deal, though I would tentatively ask that you show sympathy to our cultural values and refrain from bringing anyone who happens to hail from, let us say for the sake of argument, Riegas province.

The specifications are open to your experts’ artistic inspiration, but an exhaustive guideline is as follows;

Home Kit: For the last five cycles, the national team have employed a kit (http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w175/candelariaandmarquez/candmkits37.png) with a blue shirt and shorts, green sleeves (doo-doo doo-doo d’-d’-doo doo-doo) and green socks, in the style of the national flag though not using the precise colours, owing to their unfortunate luminosity. In the new kit, we would ideally wish for the correct colours to be used, though Candelariasians aren’t particularly precious about such things.

A new variant of the simple current design would be acceptable, however we would be interested in using an all-blue kit, livened up by the usage of the two-green-circles-and-an-ovular-thing in some form, be they on the front, back or stretching over both, and flat, slanted or in an abstract design. The only caveat is that the team’s nickname of the ‘Big Blues’ remains suitable – we still haven’t entirely recovered our reputation as an FA after the bottle-green debacle of the WC39 finals.

Away Kit: We have traditionally used a gold away kit in honour of the national animal, the mediocre fish (http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w175/candelariaandmarquez/MediocreFish.jpg). A retention of this, perhaps mimicking the design of the home kit in its geometric additions, if they are to be so used, would be acceptable.

Equally however, we are open to the use of a black and white number, in honour of the national bird, the Peterson's Sea Eagle (http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w175/candelariaandmarquez/Petersonsseaeagle.jpg). Whatever you prefer, really.

Badge: Our current badge is a deliberately old-fashioned number that was first used in the Candelarias’ first international a century ago, that featured the three green stars of the pre-republic flag (http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w175/candelariaandmarquez/cmb4indpng.png). ediraf are welcome to employ a version of these, or come up with something altogether new.

Lettering: Since he’s our senior team’s current captain, and may well be for another couple of campaigns yet, CORRADINI 4 would be suitable. And do feel free to use two lines to fit “Candelaria” and “And Marquez” onto the shirts…

We, of the CCFM, would like to thank Ediraf for making the kits of Cafundéu, that are going to debut in this cup, and will be fully used from the next cup.

Our third kit, the special one, represents well our country's ideas.

And you can associate the names of the players in the shirts with the fact that these shirts are going to be used in the next WC too and discover that Silveira, Augusto César and Fabrício are already confirmed in the roster for the next cup, for unknown reasons.

The Frontenaxi Ministry of Sport and Culture wishes to sign a ten year contract with ediraf to produce the kits for Frontenax's National Teams in Football and Futsal.

The Frontenaxi Football Association Badge is the Grizzlies Logo (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/6/6f/Memphis_Grizzlies_logo.png) with FFA underneath.

The ultimate design is up to you, however we are looking at a Home Kit that will mainly be the darker shade of blue on the Grizzlies Logo, with the secondary color being the golden color of the Grizzlies eye. The Away Kit will mainly be white, with the secondary color being the darker shade of blue used for the Home Kit.

The name will be Salem and the number 25. We look forward to seeing the new designs.

The Geran MMAS would like to place a 5-year contract with ediraf to produce Geran football kit. The home kit is mainly blue (the shade in our flag) with red and white bits. The away kit is mainly white with blue and red bits on. The home goalie kit is mainly green with grey and black bits on, and the away goalie kit is mainly grey with black and yellow bits on. All kits have the logo (see below) in the badge position, and the sponsor's logo (below that) in the middle.

The normal name is SHERMAN and the number 9, and the goalie is FRYER and 11.

The Football Club of Kenavt (official national team) would like to place an order for new kits for the 25th (OOC: am I right?) Baptism of Fire, a "breaking out" event, as it were, for the nation. Yeah ok, well currently this is what it is Red horizontal band on top and bottom quarter, thin royal blue horizontal band underneath top red band, thin green horizontal band above bottom red band and in the middle a gold horizontal band. Now I don't care if you have it like this, in fact for IC purposes it would be better if it were changed as due to FFB politics this was a emergency due to no one coming to an agreement the same thing happened for the OXEN cup, but I would like hoops, or stripes or quarters or something. The Blouman Flag is the same as the La Francophonie except black instead of purple reasons both OOC and IC I wont go into you wont see it on nationstates. So feel free to use all or some of these colours if you so feel I am leaving it up to you but I don't just want the standard strip. As for the away strip go nuts.

EDIT: I just had an idea for the home design the top half would be red, the bottom half Royal blue and the top swirl to be gold(yellow) while the bottom swirl on your design to be green with black shorts. The away strip, whatever you like. I hope this doesn't inconvenience you Star.

Yo, Jeru FC is getting a new team and hence we need a new team strip. The team are called the Cannons (misfiring ones). Ideally, using army colours and an image of Napoleonic cannon. Be creative ... :)

Jey's Universitus Prefects will require home, away, and third jerseys. Universitus requires the following specifics and details (should any be unable to be met, please contact us and we will determine alternative designs) :

-The major logo of all the uniforms will be a large Universitus Shield on the front of the uniform, seen here: http://img528.imageshack.us/img528/735/universitusrt0.jpg. The "Universitus" name shall be placed in small font above the Shield.

-There will be no player names on the uniforms. In place of the player name, the uniforms shall read "Tildes Skills School".

The 'bear's paw' emblem on the design substitutes for a 'Football Association' badge, unless the rules absolutely require that a separate badge is needed in which case we'll have to discuss the matter further. Maybe a smaller 'pawmark', in dark green on the main & away kit but in white for the goalkeepers' kit, with the initials "BAAS" (for "Bears Armed Association for Soccer", arranged as a square of four letters with the 'BA' over the 'AS'...) superimposed on it in the other of those two colours?

Name/number to be placed on the main & 'away' kit = 'SunDaughter' / '10'.

1/ for the Goalkeeper, we'd see the 'Emerald green' that was in our specifications as a rather darker shade than you've used here; I realise that what really constitutes 'Emerald' might be arguable, but something closer to the green that you're using in the Qaitian kit would be preferable.
2/ Could the combination of black/gray/white stripes down the sides of & trimming the shorts in the 'home' kit possibly be rather more obvious? I'm sorry not to have specified this in more detail before, but maybe [the equivalent of] about 3" wide down the sides, & 1-1½" where they trim the waistband & leg-holes?

Side bands used to be an integral part of the ediraf design from WC25 to 34, but there wasn't much excitement to be had with them, so I went for lovely, curvy, dangerous and trademarked swirls in the Generation Four style. I'll have a play and see what I can come up with to suit both.

When you have time (no rush really) could I please have a kit made?


Home: Plain orange (#FF8C00) shirt and shorts and plain white socks. If possible, could I have white trim along all of the seam lines on the shirt and shorts and around the collar? White numbers and player names on the back of the shirt and white number on the shorts.

Away: Plain white shirt, shorts and socks with (again if possible) orange (hex as above) trim on collar and seam lines plus around the ends of the sleaves. Black numbers and names on the back of the shirt and the shorts.

If possible I would also like the national emblem (the Slazenger cat) on the left breast and shorts in black. Also, could the example number and name be ‘9’ and ‘Gorday’


Like I said, there’s no real rush, I just thought I might as well jump on the kit bandwagon and it looks like you do really good work.

The Confederacy of Rymeria wishes to have kits made for home, away and goalkeepers.

For the home kits, we would humbly request a color scheme primarily green with the crest from our nation's flag in white and the stars in gold in the center of the shirt. The number should be in block form above and to the left on the front, and large on the back directly below the player's name.

For the away kits, the primary color should be white with the Rymerian flag (Macau, I believe is the RL nation I used) approximately chest level and the numbers in the same place on the front. The number system should be the same on the back, with green lettering and numbering with an edge of gold.

For the goalkeeper kits, they should be gold with the flag in the center of the shirt and the number in the same place as the field players. The pants should be black.

Whenever you get a chance to do so, I'd greatly appreciate it. :)

Googlewooper football Manager Hunten Footar and Captain Scott Gorday unveiled the squad’s new kit at a press conference today. Modelling the striking new kits from renowned maker Ediraf, Gorday told press he was very pleased with the results of his call for new kits in the upcoming World Cup.

“After our strong performance in the Baptism of Fire [tournament], the whole team felt they wanted to present a more professional image for the World Cup,” Commented Gorday. When asked what he thought of the new design, the captain and scorer of five goals in the preceding tournament had this to say. “I think they’re fantastic! The Googlewooper orange as well as the white away kit are spectacular. We’re going to look very good out there.”

Representatives of Football Googlewoop would not comment on the size of the deal, only that they would be looking to Ediraf to supply kits indefinitely.

Rymerian Soccer Association praises new uniforms

RYMERIA CITY -- The Rymerian Soccer Association announced today that ediraf, the renowned uniform manufacturing and design company, had been selected to create uniforms for the Rymerian planetary soccer team.

"We picked them because of their reputation for quality," said RSA president Scooter Boscoe. "Their designs have only enhanced the experience for teams playing in uniforms of their manufacture. We figured they would help us make a favorable impression in our debut World Cup.

Midfielder Erik Dumfries, selected as the model for the home uniforms, said the design helped him "feel like a serious soccer player.

"Based on how we cobbled together this team, we were concerned that we might have low quality uniforms, or worse, we might have to play naked," Dumfries said. "Now we feel as though we at least look like a serious soccer team."

Even Coach Chris Hannan, whose dour demeanor quickly gained a reputation among media outlets covering the team, was effusive in his praise of the uniforms.

There's no problem for me if you want to just make the first 3 kits instead of the 5 and, as this kit will be used only in WC45, you can make more urgent orders before.

The vast, vast majority of requests don't include a goalie kit, partly because my template doesn't have long sleeves on it (so everyone ends up looking like Fabian Barthez and associates) and partly because very few people care about their goalie kit.

Chomsky University, as they have requested, will be getting three kits, a home, an away and an 'alternate/third/gk'. Four takes the piss, as this is a free service and you don't get extra friendliness points for asking for free stuff for someone else.

Now, I'm also aware your nation doesn't quite grasp business and economics, but having outfield players and a goalkeeper being outfitted by two different, competing global companies is perhaps not the best way forward.

Having seen examples of ediraf’s wonderful work in the current World Cup roster thread I was wondering if we could sign them up to supply our national side’s kit for the next World Cup. We may get hammered every game but we’ll look bloody good while we’re doing it!

For Home I was thinking a navy blue (like my flag) version of Mexico’s kit . . .
