I try my best not to ignore any issues but sometimes all of the selctions are bad. which leads me to my question
Does the game keep track of how many times an issue has been ignored. and if it is ignored enough does it get removed from game?
First of all, just because you dismiss an issue doesn't mean you ignore it. And no, issues are not deleted because many people run their nation differently, an issue that may seem worthless and stupid to you can be a goldmine for another nation.
Much like religious issues, if you don't care for religion you don't really care about the issue so you might dismiss it, but for one of those "The Holy Empire of..." nations those issues mean a lot. Dismissing a issue is a good idea at times, so don't feel forced to pick a choice.
