Let "The Mafia Lords" be aware that if any illegal trade is caught within the borders of The Orion Star Empire, such "black merchants" will be arrested and/or executed on sight as accordance to Imperial law depending on the illegal item said merchant is caught with. In addition, if any weapons or other illegal items are used against or within The Orion Star Empire, The Mafia Lords will be held accountable. The Mafia Lords should remember that although for an organized crime information a few million is a lot of people, compared to a nation of the size and scope of The Orion Star Empire, such numbers are almost laughable, and easily overcome if provoked.

They come to us not the other way around, and if we were involved with anything sold to the people of your country, trust me, you wouldn't know about it. However if you would be willing we could make an arangement so that we won't do business with "certain people," for a price of course, or perhaps there is something your country wants?

We as a nation are not about to "pay you off" to boycott businesses. The price you will pay if you do not "boycott" any and all businesses within the Orion Sector will be your lives. Likewise, I am fully confident that armory we develop and produce as a nation far outweighs anything you could sell us out of a street corner. Carry on, just not near us. You will pay the price.

If the nation of Mafia Lords continues to illegally sell contraband (as implied by the "Black Market Storefront" then The Incorporated States Of Nehrland will launch a military offensive to put an end to it. The nation of Mafia Lords has 1 NS week to put an end to all transactions and cease production and sale of contraband. Any Mafian Lord vessel within Nehrland borders, airspace, or waters will be destroyed without warning, be it civilian or military. Consider yourselves warned.
