The Xaristan Federation sent out a notice today to all world leaders to gauge interest in, yet another, world soccer tournament. The dispatch reads as follows:
Greetings, esteemed world leaders.
I am writing you today to gauge interest in a possible new soccer tournament here. The format is highly customizable, and owners are able to make adjustments to their rosters. Players can be improved over time, and also bought and sold like a real league. There would be different divisions, with teams getting relegated each year up or down based on performance. Tournaments would be set up to determine winners each season.
To do all this, all you have to do is let me know and I will create this league. I feel that this would be a different experience than anything offered now. I hope you will all join me in this endeavor.

(OOC: The teams and games and such will be hosted offsite, at www.xperteleven.com. If interest is shown here, I will create the league for people to join. Mind you, there will still be roleplay. While the site tells you who scored and when, any chances you had but missed, goalie saves, etc, there is still plenty for people to do. Also, I have no control over it and everything is completely random. So, let me know.)
