The Demot Footballing Federation and Vephraller Foutbiller Restritris are proud to present their bid for the Thirty-Second edition of the Cup of Harmony.
Scorinator
The scorinator to be used is the highly popular NSFootySim, designed by Vephrall himself, and used to scorinate the following Domestic leagues: Demot, Vephrall, Elves Security Forces, Kura-Pelland, Candelaria And Marquez, and numerous others.
Competition Format
Ideally we would like to be able to use four or eight groups of four, however it can be flexed around depending on the number of participants. The top two nations from each group would then progress to the knockout rounds.
Style Modifiers
The range of modifiers will be (-5) for the most defensive to (+5) for the most offensive. The effect of the modfiers is to alter the formula to increase or decrease the chance of a goal, and it does this for both teams, so attacking teams will be more likely to score but also are more likely to concede, and the defensive teams may be less likely to concede but will also be less likely to score themselves.
Hosting Expierence
Demot's user has co-hosted the highly popular World Cup 39, and the Baptism of Fire for World 36, as well as three other events on the regional level. Vephrall has hosted WC 8, WC 18, 27, and WC 38.
