To all nations please be advised that the Empire of Resijo has expanded its international relations program. We will be sending out ambassadors to various countries to make contact with citizens and gather information, which will make it easier for our great empire to communicate with various agencies within your government. We would like all nations to know that we are still in the training phase; as such the ambassadors will be traveling without benefit of official papers or discernable identification of any sort. Since all aspects of service in Resijo is built on excellence, any ambassadors who are discovered will be immediately disowned with their citizenship being with drawn retroactive to the date of this notice. The Empire would also like to inform all nations that military service is mandatory in Resijo and those citizens chosen for this program are highly trained and adaptable. As a final service to our fellow nations please be advised that this training exercise began 48 hours ago. The Empire of Reisjo understands and acknowledges that some nations have habitats and environments that our ambassadors are physically incapable of surviving and for this we apologize in advance. All of this information is freely given to help further mutual international advancement, so you are free to use any of this information as you please.
