CONGRATULATIONS TO JERUSELEM!

For some reason, the usual OXEN Cup by Qazox is not being hosted this round, so Sel Appa has decided to step in with its own tournament. This tournament is open to any team that has a KPB ranking. If you don't know what that is, you probably don't have one. For those who wish to signup for the 40th World Cup, please do so here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=549190). It's the biggest and oldest sport roleplay on NS and is loads of fun for all. This is just a simple, friendly diversion that has absolutely NO effect on KPB rank.

Sel Appa may/may not be participating. It all depends on turnout and my mood. The scorinator to be used will be the one being used for the current World Cup: Schiavonia-Qutar. If I can't get that to work, NSFootySim 124 is always reliable. I will be having signup thresholds at evens or powers of two. If you don't make a threshold, you may be knocked off the list. The setup depends on the number of entrants. I plan to have one big group...or two. Then, the top whatever go to another group. The winner of that will be crowned tournament winner and will get this shiny turtle trophy cast from pure Sel Appan bronze, the finest in the world*:

While Qazox due to unforseen circumstances could not host our usual Post-WC tourney, we are available to participate in the debut fo the Turtle Cup. More details are sure to follow, once the censors clean it up.

One more day to go and we are at the 2^3=8 threshold (excluding me). Depending on how many we have, I will figure out the format. I want to do something with groups. Like one big group, top half drawn into another group. Top 2 playoff for the championship. If this is feasible, that is. There will not likely be any break days, sorry. This must be complete by the end of the BoF.
