The next 1K ENDO DAY EVENT will be MARCH 8 marking TAO's 4th year in the Game (& his RL 50th birthday).
TAO entered the Game March 8, 2004. At that time, the Pacifics were as they are now ... and no one had 1000 endorsements. Maybe some of the older players will be able to say if a region Delegate in "the Old Days" had 1000 or more endorsements but we all know for a fact that no Delegate has received that many in "recent" history. March 8, 2008 will be a day to see if it can be done.
If you are able to do so ... Send your UN nation to The West Pacific on Friday March 7 or Saturday March 8 for the next attempt to place 1000 endos on a single player ... endorse TAOs UN NATION. The Event will end at NOON GMT March 9 and a screenshot of all participants will be taken for posterity. (And if the Event is a success, it would be nice if the Mods would allow a screenshot to be posted here for all to see.)
Be a part of this HISTORY MAKING Game Event.
TAO is convinced that there are at least 620 UN nations (out of over 19000 UN nations in the Game -- that's only 3%) able to make the Event a SUCCESS! Why should anyone want to be a part of this Event? So often in this Game we focus on our differences and participate in ways that are counter to one another ... Feeder v. Created, Defender v. Invader, etc. ... this is an opportunity to participate in a Constructive rather than destructive Game Event. And it is my hope that everyone who can participate will drop in to make the day a Day to Remember.
