Below is the counstitution I propose for all nations interested in promoting trade and the development of A.I's, cybernetic organizations and advanced technology
The Cybernetic Evolutionary Front is based on these principles:
1) That cooperation and pooling of resources on research is in the mutual self interest of all the technologically advanced nations that will sing the Compact
2) That Evolution is ongoing, and that it is up to humans to both improve themselves where natural selection leaves off, but that their future resides in increasingly complex cybernetic and computer technology
3) To this end, the Cybernetic Evolutionary Front is dedicated to the creation, research and promotion of such technologies, the protection of their propriatory rights to it and it's dissemination
The Compact is basically a trade and a brain trust for the signature of the Compact. All research that will mutually benefit the singers of the Compact will be shared, as will talent (engineers, scientists, programmers, phycisists and experts in biology, D.N.A and medical sciences)
The end result is we will all benefit from the combined brain power and facilities we will share among us.
Disputes about propriatory ownership of technologies will be ruled apoun by a tribunal made up of representatives from each nation, with the tribunals judgement being final.
The future lies before us, and it can not be denied. All are invited, and new members may join afterwards in the future as Probationary members, to be made full members by a vote of representative Full Member nations of the Compact.END TRANSMISSION.
