Sel Appa and Acapais are both accomplished nations. Sel Appa has hosted the 24th Baptism of Fire (aka Hatchling Cup) and the World Ultimate Championship. They are ranked 3rd and have competed for the World Cup since the 30th edition. Acapais is looking to gain some hosting experience in this bid. They are ranked 114th and have competed for the World Cup since the 33rd edition.
The scorinator that will be used is some form of NS FootySim.
The tournament will be split between Sel Appa and Acapais. If either are in tournament, the other will scorinate their matches.
RP Bonus will most likely be determined by Bazalonia's RP Bonus Spreadsheet.
Invitations will be sent out shortly after the World Cup 39 Qualifiers end. The invitation list will be compiled from those who RPed or posted a roster and did not qualify.
The preferred format for groups is a power of 2 (2,4,8,16,32), but another format will be used if necessary.
Post-Group Stage format will dependent on the number of participants. We're thinking of doing a second group stage or the standard Knockout.
Scorination time will be around 1800-2200 EST (2300-0300 UTC). A more specific range will be given shortly.
