"It's time for us to open, even with a cautious attitude, toward foreign nations. So our Foreign Minister got the duty to look for partnership. I guarantee each application will be heavy weighted by myself, and still at any time it's our prerogative close, without any advice, embassies or any other kind of relationship. Anyway, no foreign security forces will be allowed, as the only force authorized to keep the order, in any location, is our. Useless to say, every embassy will be located in Torino, our proud capital, wheere we've already designated the so known "Embassy Quarter".

It was reported in the "Foreign Affairs" section of the Правда Севера (Northern Truth) and Эркин Тоо (Free Mountain) in Agroprom that the nation of Auror Tauri, a small 6 million population state, was exchanging embassies.

This was seen as a postitive step by both newspaper, with the Northern Truth recommending that Agroprom extend relations to the country.

I, Vladimir Mayakovsky, Foreign Minister of Agroprom in the name of Vladimir Dal, Head of State, request to Dominus of Auror Tauri to establish a permanent embassy to represent our nation and better cooperate with Dominion. Thereby our Civil rights rating are some, while we allow freedom within reason.
With this request we acknowledge that if it's accepted, a mutual authorization to open Dominion of Auror Tauri representing (embassy) in our nation.

We dearly hope that you will accept our request, despite our lack of UN membership. Our civil rights are better than it seems, and we prefer autonomy over UN laws. However, we are a peaceful friendly nation, and wish to extend our friendship to other.

I declare we're classified by the UN as a New York Times Democracy, and not a UN Member. Thereby our Civil rights rating is very good, while we allow a sensible mix of personal and economic freedom. With this request we acknowledge, if it's accepted, a mutual authorization to open a Dominion of Auror Tauri embassy in our nation.

Both applicances are accepted. We'd already set up the embassy, two magnificient building from Renaissement Period.
Our ambassador and their staff is on the way; Felice Dandolo is appointed to The People's Republic of Agroprom, and Gustavo La Fava to The Confederated Peoples of The Resurgent Dream.
