Now we all know that there have been disputes over those little Pacific islands, (Irony?) and that new countries pop up every day. But this little country has got some bite, so watch it. We'd like to announce our contradictorily hostile intent to kill all humans, while making as many new ones as is possible. By the end of 2050, we hope to bring the average life expectancy of any human to be around 25 years. Perhaps you can help us to do so by supplying us weapons, fertility drugs, and food stuffs containing toxins?
