I am creating a region which is purposed to become powerful and to have the number of nations necessary to defend itself and destroy those who oppose it. If anyone wants a share in this power, say so in this thread and if there are enough people interested, then the region will be born. I will appoint people to positions based on how much they help the region to be created and become powerful.
