Artical 1
Section one
COLLUMN A
1 Regaurding the Bestowment of Powers in question, there shall be seperation a of Power in which there shall be three Ballanced branches: The Royal Branch, The Parlamentry Branch, and The Ledgeslative Branch.

2 The Royal Branch shall be headed by a monarch, forthwith refered to as The Goth. Who will rule for Life or untill Renouncement, or Impeachment. It shall also contain a Royal Court under the Goth to serve as cabinet to the Goth, who will be selected from the Province Courts.

3 This Court shall consist of a Royal Count or Countess to keep recored and advise the Goth on Imperial Finances,(including but not limited to collection of taxes, issuing of taxes and so forth) also to supervise the Imperial Bord of Finance.

4 A Royal Truch or Truchess to keep recored and advise the Goth on Imperial Infrastructure,
(including but not limited to managing transit and population housing, corperate costruction and so forth)
also to supervise the Imperial Bord of Infrastructure.

5 An Impeirial General to Strategize, command, keep recored, and advise the Goth of all Imperial Security Issues, as well as head the Imperial Army. as well as Head all things millitary, both forign and domestic (including but not limited to threats of terrerism, rebellion, invaision ext...)

6 A Royal Barron or Barroness to keep recored and advise the Goth of all Imperial Agraculture, (including but not limited to threats of famine, crop productivity, and so forth), as well as head of Imperial Bored of Agraculture.

7 A Royal Duke or Dutchess to keep recored and advise the Goth of all Imperial Commerce, (including but not limited to ensuring trade within and without the empire) as well as head the Imperial Bord of Commerce.

8 A Royal Physistion to keep recored and advise the Goth of all medicinal advancements, (and sciantific acheivments, and so forth) as well as head the Imperial Bored of Medicinal Sciance.

9 A Royal Eco to keep recored and advise the Goth of all envirionmental issues, (including but not limited to deforistation, water, and recourcing, ext...) as well as head the Imperial Bord of Ecology.

10 A Royal Ambassador to keep recored and advise the Goth of forign and domestic trade, as well as engage in trade, as well as Head the Imperial Bord of trade.

11 A Royal Adviser to keep recored and advise the Goth of all outstanding issues, as well as to serve as steward in the Goths absance, as well as Head the Imperial Palace Staff.

12 A Royal Decorater to keep recored and Advise the Goth to issue out all medels and honers, (bestowed on all corperate entities, persons ext..) as well as Head the Imperial Bord of Decoration.

13 A Royal Surf to keep recored and advise the Goth of all matters partaining to human servacise, as well as Head the Imperial Bord of Servetude.

14 A Royal Visear to keep and advise the Goth of all production concerning energy, (including but not limited to electricity, fuels and all surpluss supplies, ext...) as well as Head the Imperial Bord of Energy.

15 A Royal Touter to keep and advise the Goth of all educational matters,( including public, not privet) as well as Head the Imperial Bord of Education.

16 An Imperial Chanceller to keep record and advise the Goth of all issues partaining to the House of
Lords, as well as Head the Imperial House of Lords.

17 A Royal Cleric to keep recored and advise the Goth on all matters of religion, ( partaining to all religions decreed by popularity of populace) as well as Head the Imperial Bord of World Religions.

18 A Royal Sage to keep and recored all history of Empire as well as advise the Goth on all Historical veiwpoints regaurding rule, as well as Head the Imperial Bord of History.

19 A Royal Scry to keep recored and advise the Goth on all labour, as well as ensure a stable job market and uphold the economy, as well as Head the Imperial Bord of Labour.

20 These offices shall Keep to there ascribed dueties and any other duety dained to them by the Goth while in the Royal Goths service.

COLLUMN B
1 Parlament shall consist of two parts A House of Lords, Headed by the Imperial Chancelor, and a Senate, Headed by the Supreem.

2 The House of Lords shall consist of a Lord or Lady from Each Province, whom will be selected by birthright as heir of there Predecessor, or appointment by the Goth.

3 Each Lord or Lady of the House will have and select a Court of the same as the Goth, with limitations to their single alloted province, from among the Courts of their Govenors, the Land Courts. They shall be Province Heads (e.g.. Province chancelor, Province Cleric Ext...) and shall answer also to their Imperial Heads.

4 Each County, here after refered to as a Land, shall be Headed by a Governor who shall also have and select a Court the same as the Goth with limitations to their single alloted Land, from among the Courts of the Cities, the City Courts. They shall be Heads of a Land (e.g.. Cleric of Land, Chancellor of Land, ext...) and shall answer also to their Province Heads.

5 Each City shall be Headed by a Court the same as the Goth with limitations to there single alloted City (e.g. City Chancellor, City Cleric, ext...). They shall advise and be elected by the City Councell.

6 The Senate Shall consist of two Senators from each Province selected fom among the Land Councells, by Vote of the Senate, to surve two Terms (four Years per Term) as a Senator with the abillity to be re-elected one time (four Terms maximum).

7 The Land Councell shall consist of One High Councell Member from Each City selected fom among the City Councells, by Vote of the Land Councell, to surve two Terms (four Years per Term) as a High Councell Member with the abillity to be re-elected one time (four Terms maximum).

8 The City Councell shall consist of One Councell Member Per every 50 Citizens selected fom among the City Citizens, by Vote of the City Citizens, to surve two Terms (four Years per Term) as a Councell Member with the abillity to be re-elected one time (four Terms maximum).
