What Planet Am I On?

Forgive me if this has been addressed. Has there ever been a discussion as to what the name of this planet is? Noting that several nations are not of the same planet, what galaxy are we in as well.

OOC:Mods may move this as need be.

Um, Earth?

It really depends on your roleplay pattern; since it's freeform, you can assume you live pretty much anywhere you want. You wanna live on the rings of Saturn, fine. One of the moons of Omicron Persei 8, fine. A series of planets orbiting Reigel 7, fine. You just want to live on a traditional version of Earth, that's fine, and it's probably where most nations claim they are. Claims overlap, obviously, but you're free to assume that those claiming the same land are in other dimensions, planes of existence, etc. There are several articles on the "multiverse" on NSwiki, actually.

Um, Earth?

You sure about that? Thanks, I didn't know if we were bringing that aspect over from the real world.

Yep - While Nova Nippon and Tanara live many ( and I do mean many LY away) I know that Tanaara, Cats Keep, Tarlachia, Imitora, - heck the entire Fatal Terrain Region is somewhere ( but exactly where don't ask...) on Earth.

Many nations are on made-up continents on Earth, all on the same planet. NS Earth is MUCH bigger than RL Earth.

For instance, Aerion is in the Western Atlantic region along with several nations. This is a region with several continents (Made up as compared to RL Earth)

What planet am I on?

Easy Answer: Whatever planet you WANT to be on.

I usually consider "NS-Earth" to be an Earth-like planet that is somehow big enough for 70,000 nations, some of which are bigger than RL Earth. And I ignore any pesky laws of physics that get in the way. :p

Some nations like my own have political structures that are not tied to territory anyways.
