Forgive the absence everyone. However, it remains that I am still an inmate of the Utah State Department of Corrections. So, I believe it prudent to state my intentions here and now. I shall be released sometime between November 1-7, of this year. And to kick things off with a rather excessively loud bang before the calendar year rolls over to 2008. I would like to get some things out and in the open.

Some things will be changing, something to the lines of the Fall of Communism for the Soviet Union. However, especially with those in the wings already plotting upon reading this, there will be no states and/or republics being carved off, or let independent. However, this will involve a far more convoluted turn of events... especially since I am so sick and God-damned tired of being referred to as a Communist when California has only been socialist in name. That being said California will be having some hellacious internal squabbles, and this may eventually escalate to a shooting war between one to maybe five factions. All that can be said, is that California will be making some unexpected alliances, and possibly even burying the hatchet — or ahem... guillotine — to correct some severe disputes.

OOC: Incidentally, I did have a go at the task you recently asked of me. I got up to about a hundred or so before calling it quits. I was going to get around to doing the rest, but it appears to no longer be possible. Presumably you've corrected the problem. ;)

Not to worry... I have the problem fixed for now. However, I will have to wait until I am released from the custody of Weber County to make any significant improvements — both to the forums and my site itself. Coincidentally, I have been wanting to separate the Factbook entry into its own little sub-site on sovereign-cali.com, and streamline everything else into a more modernistic site that would befit a nation of the 23rd century. Soon to come though will be some features on my forums that will allow me to rapidly delete users at whim, and feature that will stop all of those pesky goddamned bots constantly spamming my membership list with all of their gibberish usernames, fake emails and porn site addresses.

I am out now... actually, I have been out since 7:00pm November 2, 2007. But, meh... I am out... and California will now assume its role in world politics again. Eventually... I will be turning over control of four of my states for the addition of four new states, and a continental alliance will be formed allowing the nations that used to make up the entirity of the United States of America to shed past differences and usher in a new era of peace on the North American continent.
