The Starblaydi Football Association presents:
The Second Di Bradini Cup
An Under-21 International Tournament

After the success of the Inaugural Di Bradini Cup (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=537637) - and a massive 'thank-you' to the seventeen out of twenty sign-ups who actively got involved in that one - the Starblaydi Football Association presents another edition of its own Under-21 international tournament. Named after Starblaydia's most-famous player, the first person to score for Starblaydia's own Under-21s, the fourth-highest goalscorer in Starblaydia's history, member of the World Cup Hall of Fame and one President of the World Cup Committee. For Simeone Di Bradini, we present, for your participation: The Second Di Bradini Cup!.

Elves Security Forces took the title last time, can they retain their title? Or will Teams like St Samuel, Kura-Pelland, Az-cz, Jeruselem or, of course, Starblaydia be able to take the Cup from them? This Cup will also mark 90 years since Starblaydia played their first international, an Under-21 Match in Under-21 World Cup 3.

Time-wise, this tournament is designed to be a Pre-WC38 tournament, 4 years after the last Di Bradini Cup, and taking place just before the Baptism of Fire for World Cup 38.

OOC: A few points about this: KPB rank and finishing positions in the previous tournament will play a very minor role in this - having a good senior squad should mean you're producing good young players, but then again having a comparatively great U21 squad doesn't always mean a lot when they grow up.

This tournament will be very much influenced by RP, unless the scorinator decides to come down harshly on you, RP = teh win.

I'll be using a modified version of my old Rugby Union scorinator, which has a massive RP Bonus - if you've posted 3 great RPs and your opponent none at all, you'll probably win 6- or 7-0. 3 Great RPs each, and it might be 1-0 or 2-1. Simple, it's the difference between the two teams' RP bonuses that counts.

I will be scorinating all results and I will be participating fully. I'm not desperate enough to win my own cup by cheating during the scorination, if I wanted that I'd just RP my own cup with just my puppets. If you don't like it that way, don't enter, 'cos you'll only complain later if I happen to do well :)
