Late Last Night the Solenial Premier Concile, Ryan Laing, was voted into presidency by Siros & Palii in the Silii B-Elections.
Now, Solenial, North Solenial, Palii & Siros have united to become the UI

Solenial etc will participate in sporting events such as RWC and the Football world Cup's as independent countries but will participate in the Olympics as the UI.
This thread will be an RP of a party in the Solenial Capital, Coshastati, were all national leaders are invited.
