The Leadership, known as the government to the outside world, has been accused of using cloaked high-tech submarines to get under radar and underneath various countries in order to dig holes upwards to plant spies in other countries. It has also been accused of using other methods for the same objective.

The MIN today reported that the Leadership have been trying to plant spies in other countries. Naturally this is not true, and the Leadership would never sneak into another country to plant spies. Trust your Leadership to tell you the truth and ignore silly independent newspapers.

The Dyellian Prime Minister read the newspaper... then prompty binned it. Submarines with cloaking devices digging holes to plant spies? Did they think they were some kind of plant? When the Dyellians planted a spy, which they did all the time, they flew them in on a commercial airliner, it was much cheaper and much less suspicious. Drilling holes? They would set off every seismograph on the coast.

Then again she figured it was probably worth making a note about anyway. She leaned over retrieving the newspaper from the waste paper bin at her feet, then buzzed for someone from the Cheka...
