The Kiravian Empire has again decided to sell off some land. Those nations that did not gain the territory last time are welcome to bid yet again.
The colony in question is called Lovaras. It has a Mediterranean climate, rich with oil-producing palms, oil shale, silicon, iridium, and industrial sand. The terrain is flat and easily irrigated for farming, and there is an excellent harbour at the south end of the coast.
It was first settled 3 years ago, but a corrupt local government caused the 300 Kiravian colonists move elsewhere.
The settlement remains in good condition, and is situated at the terminus of the natural harbour. A few roads, also in good condition, link the settlement to 2 of 7 known mining sites for iridium and silicon. The colony is bordered by mountains that provide excellent freshwater supplies, as well as a good defencive position.
