The following message has been sent out to all those nations who have diplomatic relations with, or at least knowledge of, the Centralized Mountain States of Snefaldia:

Your Excellencies;
The Centralized Mountain States is a nation that is founded on the economic principles of free enterprise, self-determination, and personal responsibility. It is the economic philosophy of this Tuhran Bel to maintain a mixed-market economy; allowing the average person the freedom to work, make a living, support themselves and their families as well as accumulate personal wealth; while also restricting the unfair business practices, corporatism, monopolization, and total-integration businesses.
To this end, the Tuhran Bel has decreed that the Ministry of Commerce is to open Snefaldia's economic borders, and allow foreign nations the ability to establish businesses, franchises, conduct trade, provide services and products, and generally do business in Snefaldia.
For business to begin in Snefaldia, several things must be done:
1. The business/nation in question must be registered with the Ministry of Commerce in Snefaldia as an independent business in the country with no profit ties to a foreign parent company
2. The business/nation must be issued an Permit of Foreign Operation by the Ministry of Commerce
3. The nation of origin must agree to Free Trade for all Snefaldian-made products, with the Centralized Mountain States agreeing to do the same.
Once these obligations are met, business may begin! The Centralized Mountain States fully adheres to United Nations resolutions on work, wages, and fair treatment, and will hold all operators and national representatives responsible for the fair application of these laws and business practices. Failure to do so will be punished.
Whether you are a hotel operator looking to open a luxury tower in Sargedain, or an industrialist seeking to build a mine in northern Bae, you are welcome in Snefaldia.
Sanctus Verum, Sanctus Terra,
Nidauw Tushran
Minister of Commerce

His Excellency Andreá Sendávär
First Minister of Foreign Affairs
By order of the Chancellor;
In our new century, the increased global connections between nations provides new opportunities for commercial and economic growth. We have the opportunity, as free nations with common goals, to construct trade connections that support both human rights as well as increases wealth and technological advances.
As supporters of both fair and free trade, the States-Federation has in the past been strict about trade laws and economic relations; these strictures are beginning to loosen as we enter a new period of economic development and increases in the standard of living. This Chancellery's policies lay out a plan to increase the standard of living for all Snefaldian citizens, from Tawsanggai in the far north, to the Sotahr Islands in Malibu. To that end, the Parliament has voted to support a Ministry program of preferred trading status with select nations that fit our criteria; this preferred status will mean a complete reduction in tariffs and import duties for goods produced abroad.
As in all things, however, these trade pacts must be mutually agreed upon, meaning elimination in kind of tariffs and duties on Snefaldian goods exported to trade partners.
This government believes that the market is not only a producer of wealth, but also an agent for the support of human rights. The elimination of poverty can be accomplished with careful organisation and mindful commerce, and we are confident in the belief that our allies and friends believe the same.
For all relevant agreements and information, please contact the Commerce Ministry consuls senior in your country, care of the Snefaldian Embassy.
And, now and for all time, may your remain blessed by the Motions.

F.A.O. Their Excellency, Nidauw Tushran, First Minister of Commerce of the States Federation of Snefaldia from her Serene Highness, Princess Rani Durgavati 12th of Gond, Minister of Foreign Trade of the The Confederated Sublime Khanate of Urgench.
Namaste your Excellency, it should come as no surprise to you that your nation's declaration of its intent to form strong trade relations with other states is of great interest to the Sublime Khanate.
Therefore I would like to propose a mutually favourable trade agreement perhaps especially for trade in pharmaceuticals on our part, and which ever Snefaldian industries are interested in expanding into the empire's substantial internal market.
As your Excellency may or may not know the empire is particularly interested in promoting the establishment of foreign banking concerns within the empire, and we would welcome the establishment of any Snefaldian banking concerns, under extremely favourable corporation tax regimes of course, and we imagine you may wish to consider this in your deliberations.
We are also very interested in acquiring Airships from the States Federation of Snefaldia, the manufacture of which Snefaldia is internationally renowned.
Of course a much wider free trade agreement between our states is of very great interest to the empire, and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss such an agreement with your Excellency.
Yours sincerely, Rani Durgavati, Princess of Gond, Minister for Foreign Trade of the Confederated Sublime Khanate of Urgench.

From:
His Excellency William Thatcher Campbell
Economic Consul for Urgench
By order of the Chancellor;
As Economic Consul for Urgench, I am pleased to serve as official liaison between the Ministry of Commerce and the Urgenchi government for matters relating to economic development, trade agreements, and commerce.
With regard to the establishment of both Snefaldian commercial branches in the Empire and the reverse within the States-Federation, you will find enclosed the requisite documents and contracts detailing particular trade laws and legal requirements. As a "favored nation," the Empire will be partnered with Snefaldia in complete reduction of tariffs and duties, with relaxed limits on the operation of Urgenchi businesses within the States-Federation.
Currently, the Lindai and Telepe Airship companies are approved for branch expansion in Urgench; and a foreign subsidiary of the Central Bank of Snefaldia is approved for operation in Tabriz.
We are happy that good relations and economic freedom persist between our nations; may they continue to grow in the future.
Yours &c,
W.T. Campbell
The Hon. Economic Consul for Urgench
William Thatcher Campbell
F.A.O. His Excellency, the First Minister of Commerce, Mr William Thatcher Campbell, from her Excellency, from her Excellency Rani Durgavati, Princess of Gond, Minister for Foreign Trade of the Confederated Sublime Khanate of Urgench
This is excellent news Minister, the empire would be glad to agree to these conditions of trade between our states. We would happily agree to reductions of tariffs and duties in reciprocal kind with the States Federation.
We would be licencing two pharmaceuticals corporations for operations in Snefaldia, the Yorta Corporation and Hunduk Wellness Solutions Ltd. We imagine these businesses will have an extremely positive effect on Snefaldian Society and are confident of their success and are able to assure their standards of practice, which they will of course make completely compatible with Snafaldian operating regulations.
We are extremely excited about the expansion of Snefaldian businesses into the empire and are happy to reciprocate the offer of Favoured Nation status with one of Economic Partnership on our part with the Sates Federation of Snefaldia. This Status will give relatively free access to Urgench's markets to most of the States Federation's industries within the Crown Lands and in those autonomous states and regions which submit themselves fully to the guidance of the Imperial Treasury.
Needless to say we are also extremely happy that good relations between our nations has lead to cooperation in mutual enrichment, which endeavour we have always held to be of paramount importance in the conduct of international affairs.
Yours sincerely, Rani Durgavati, Princess of Gond, Minister for Foreign Trade of the Confederated Sublime Khanate of Urgench
