The International Justantina U-21 Cup
The St Samuel Football Association, in conjunction with the Federal government of Justantina Island are proud to announce the planned Under 21 International Justantina Cup.
All International teams are invited to compete in the planned tournament and requested to sign up.
Venues:
Montgomery Areana, St Georges, South Side District - 40,000 All seater
New Epsom Stadium, Alexandria, East Bay District - 25,000 All seater
Los Domingos Areana, Little Haba, South Side District, - 30,000 capacity
Royal Ardacium Stadium, Zanthius, North Side District - 28,000 capacity
Simpalone Stadium, Colonia del Zapata, Rubens Creek District - 20,000 capacity
Arthur Weiss Stadium, Kerona, West Bay District - 18,000 capacity

The Starblaydi Football Association would be glad to return the favour and participate in St Samuel's own Under-21 Cup.

Ikoville would like to send it's team for this cup. The football association of Ikoville (FAI) has showed a high interest for this cup ,so they started to make some changes in the squad.
Az-cz would like to participate but doubt they will have a team ready if this tournament starts soon.
OOC: I would like to join but if the tournament is to be soon, I'm gonna give it a pass. There's a bit too much too soon for me.

I will most likely be looking to start the Justantina Cup mid-way through next week. We currently have 12 teams and would like another another 4 minimum so we can have 4 groups.

Sorthern Northland shall take part.
A number of our first team players are still under 21 and so they shall compete. A number of fake id's are also being made in order for players such as Feng Shui to be able to compete.

I'm fairly determined to get a second Di Bradini Cup starting (i.e. kicking off, not just sign-ups) when WC37 is over, as to not have them competing, some haste would be appreciated :)

No worries, will be finished by end of World Cup. One more team required to have 16 and then first Group games will take place on wednesday.

The Justantina Cup is post WCQ where as the Di Bradini Cup was pre WCQ, so maximum one year, if that.

Every nation measures time differently, so it's entirely up to you.
For me, the Di Bradini Cup was 1 year before WC37 (I don't separate WC Qualifiers and WC Finals into different years) and the Justantina Cup will probably be two years after WC37, therefore two years before WC38.
But then again I'm one of those pedantic types who has an Excel document for all this stuff - Do what you like :)
