This is probably a stupid question, but I'm struggling with it. In the UN, how do you support proposals? I am a UN delegate, but can't figure out how this works. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Well this is in the wrong forum for starters. It should be in gameplay or United Nations.:)
To answer your question.
You are not the delegate for your region. ElectronicArts is.
Therefore you cant endorse proposals.Only a regions delegate can.
You can however vote on resolutions at vote like The UNID card act which is up currently.
