Solenial, let the members post. Can each nation have 2 teams instead of one?Can the team's be split into groups based on geographical location. Each team plays every other team in their group home and away. The top four in each group make it to the play offs. 1st vs. 4th of their group 2nd vs. 3rd of their group. Home advantage goes to 3rd and 4th.

The winners make it to the semi-finals. 1v4 winner plays the other groups' 1v4 winner and the 2v3 winner plays the other group's 2v3 winner. These games are played on a neutral venue. Then the winners play for the "Isle Cup".

What does everybody think?

How would it not be a league then? Look at MLS, that's what I used as my basis. Look at the NHL too, it is split into groups too. Well, Conferences, Groups, whatever.

Is it like a qualifying stage and a play-off stage? I scorinate play-offs, you scorinate the qualifiers? Oh, who's winning West ham or Midd?

OK. How many teams though? I suggest each nation being able to have 2 teams. Either the top two teams in their domestic league or two teams from their biggest cities.

Sounds good, i'll send Coshast United and Jerkravk City (They're both the Two Top Teams and from the Top Two Biggest Cities, but i put them in because they're the Top two Teams)

Can we finish this in the Discussion Thread?

Hold on! One more thing. Isn't it meant to be Nations not Cities?

I'm against that idea myself.

Its like having English, Scottish and Welsh teams competing together, or Canadian and 'American' teams competing together although with more nations. Besides, if you want your national team to compete, enter the World Cup.
