2010 new years goverment resolution (government building)
The la Presidenta is dead and the country is a fully operational democratic nation. One of the public speakers, scientist Rob Ronally takes the microphone from a hippie.
"Ladies and gentlemen, our country is proud and strong as a 100 million sized country but now that our borders have grown over 3 times over and our society begins to depend on elictricty, I must warn you on a new danger. The new society is very complicated and delicate. We keep talking about wars but we should be thinking about what we see in the clouds, in the oceans, and mountains in and around our country. Tornadoes have plauged the southern plains, earthquakes have hit the mountainous regions and hurricanes have struck our coasts. We must expand the scientific community to understand how our world works. We must expect the unexpected and know the future disasters."
The crowd one listening to Ron were now walking away to other podiums.
"Wait, the disasters may happen in your life time and may drasticly change our country"
All of the sudden the ground started to shake and the lights flickered all over the convention area but as soon as it started it stoped. Within minites of the inturuption most the people were back to their normal buisness.
