The colony consisted of 5 settlements, 3 of which are still in perfect condition. Paved roads link to the zinc and lead mines, which remain undamaged. Power facilities were shut down for ecological purposes when the colony was abandoned, but most power lines are still intact, as are the pipelines and the groundwater-processing plant. Port facilities and the bridge linking Suqusa to the nearby guano- and phosphate-producing, and still inhabited island of Denura, were destroyed by typhoons. The settlements on the south of the island will need to be repaired as well. We will consider your offer, or refer you to the new owners of the island once they claim their territory.

The Most Divine and Illustrious Empire of Waldenburgers will not allow, as stated, the Maldorian expansion into smaller islands. It had been proven time and time again that any conquests shall be used for more conquests. Our Imperial Second Surface Fleet (I can't remember which one is attacking you homeland but I have four of them...) shall deal most harshly with those found on the island. Once conquered the island shall be sold to the next highest bidder provided they still wish it theirs, the money shall then be taken to rebuild conquered Maldorians.
