OK...not trying to be mean or anything but I spot two problems with your post.

a) It's possible to go from Psychotic Dictatorship to Father-Knows-Best State in two days if you get the right issues. With that kind of criteria, you will be kicking and re-welcoming people weekly.

b) Regional Adverts belong in Gameplay. Those found here will be deleted. Didn't you see that?
