Once upon a time it had actually been a Gentleman's club... however in recent years it had opened it's doors to all manner of people who would not necessarily meet the description of 'man', women, Walruses...
The lounge was a large wood paneled room, and carried a view of the Benj or the Djel river, (depending upon who happened to be talking about it at the time) through a large multi-paned window. It was adorned with large arm chairs, backs set at a slight incline. They were arranged neatly around small round coffee tables. The Room was filled with a variety of politicals and business people from across Klatch.
A slim Dyellian woman was seated at one table, ostensibly reading a paper, although occasionally darting a glance over the top, indicating she was probably looking for one or more people. She was a fairly typical Dyellian, somewhere in her thirties, delicate features, black hair pulled back into a pony tail, dark eyes. For those she was waiting for, it would be known she was from the new Dyellian/Presidential 'Federal Information Office'. Information tended to be shared freely between the State and the President, as such it had seemed logical to create an office to supply information to other States on behalf of both establishments.
