The Kiravian Empire is seeking locations for Sovereign Base Areas.
We wish to purchase land from a nation that will becom Kiravian sovereign territory, and house an Imperial Base, but will comply with some regulations of the donor nation. In addition, local workers and companies will be contracted for tasks on base, which can provide a boost to the local economy. Imperial laws will apply on the Base Area, with the exceptions of local laws on immigration, drugs, trade, and other restrictions.
We will NOT be housing any nuclear, chemical, biological, or psychological weapons on the base areas, nor will we be detaining any political prisoners, granting asylum to criminals from the host nation, or undermining the host nation's security.
We will pay based on how much land is agreed to for cession, to the agreement of both parties.
