I had the idea for this RP while I was playing the game yesterday. The RP will involve the fighters you choose going against other nations fighters or NPC fighters that I will play. The fighters will be invited to a tournament held in another dimension. You can sign up two characters. The rules for picking a character are as follows.

1. Any character from a first part game (Mario, Zelda, Metroid, etc.) are acceptable, as long as they are not to generic or to big.

2. If a third party character appeared on a Nintendo console (Solid Snake, Megaman, etc.) they are applicacble, but I must give you the goahead for them.

3. If a third party character did not appear on a Nintendo console, they are not applicable. (Master Chief, Cloud, etc.)

So far, the following people have choosen the following characters.

Breitenburg- Link (Legend of Zelda) and Solid Snake (Metal Gear Solid)
King Arthur the Great- Mario and Luigi (Super Mario Bros.)
Vanek Drury Brieres- Roy (Fire Emblem) and Young Link (Legend of Zelda)

As for a character creation setup, I'll make one later if it's nescessary, but no new characters will be accepted, only video game characters on Nintendo consoles. So if your interested, post two characters, and soon we'll have enough people to start the RP.

What will the power ups and weaponry items be? And will our attacks be based on the Mario Party games, or on the home games of the characters?

What I should have said is characters who started out in games, no outside media characters, etc. It just the way the games were, so I sticking with that.

Well, for Mario and Luigi, there is a rather large supply of home games. Are they going to be set at the most recent, the earliest, the most "canon" (according to the evolution of their game world), the most common, etc.
