Initial Assess (IA) system - trained First Aiders complete an initial assessment of a person's injuries and if it's within their training, they sort out the injuries, freeing up nurse and doctor time
More efficient operations
Seperate Accident entrance and Emergency entrance, to enable more efficiency
More food and drinks machines, including foods and drinks for special diets
Brighter atmosphere on the wards
In addition, all MNHS staff have just undergone extra training and deal with over 90% of non-emergency patients within a week and 100% of emergency patients immediatly.
