Its time for all country's to issue there callsigns and join the international telecommunications Union/commission.
Each country must chose a prefix for each telecommunications license.
Each prefix must contain letters and numbers for each service .
Amateur radio : Must have 2 or 3 letters followed by 1 number. (ex VO1 which is for Royal Scots )
Broadcast radio: must have 2 or 3 letters ( ex VO & VE also Royal scots )
Television : must have 3 or 4 letters ( VKV and VKBC also royal scots )
Every other service : must have 2 or 3 letters and 2 numbers ( JKV3 and VRE4 also royal scots )
Each country may have 4 prefixes for each service
Instructions :
Each country must chose a prefix for the services posted above and state them via a reply post.
Once a prefix is taken by a country it is theres for ever .
each country must state at the end weather they want to be a member of the ITU/C ( International telecommunications commission/union ) by typing " my nation would/would not like to be a member of the ITU/C .
Why is this important ? Well every 5 years all country's in the world must attend the international telecommunications union meeting in Switzerland to do the same thing as above and also address issues in Telecommunications .
