Mesotarian was founded by a small group of nomads stuggling to survive in the Mesomountians range. After hundreds of years of tiribal warfare, a small group of villages gathered to create a small city founded by the great Unirol. From there, its armies conquered the others or made peace with the struggling settlements. Its trade made it wealthy and its government was well organized. Mesotarian formed. With the promised ever lasting peace, the military resided into the police force. Unfortunettly, a group of rebels, promising revenge after their village was wiped off the map set off a bomb in Unirol's pallage killing him instantly. After a short struggle with the police, rioters grew out of control and destroyed the structures that surved as the foundations as the city including the bank, consulate building, and agricultural complex. Fires spread, ingulfing the neighborhoods. The city was abandoned and the country fell into a age of despair. Tribal warfare started but this time with gunpowder and fire. After fifty years of fighting back, another small group of villages finally established Mesotarian agian. The country today fights for survival and continues to improve itself destroying one opposing village at a time.

The Allied States were founded when Lord Bolochov Cumpoterguy of the original, smaller country of Faxanavia led a force of troops in a suprise attack to capture 5 surrounding countries: Printernavia, Bolshkov, and the twin islands of Remulus and Romus. These five were united under one government, with five leaders, each oen representing the country (though the Faxanavian prime minister is considered the head of this group of five.)

Multiland urges the inhabitants of the country known as Mesotarian to get together to engage in open dialogue. I'm sure none of you want any of your family members of friends hurt or killed, so avoid this by agreeing to make a genuine attempt to come to a peaceful solution.

Oh boy, this is already fun!
Anyway. I digress. My tiny nation began as a port for pirates (space or otherwise). We have absolutely no governing body, no police, no law of any kind, no taxes (although some pirates choose to share about 15% of their plunder with the permanent residents of the Isle for providing safe harbor). Maybe it's not an efficient system. Who knows.
And may we add that none of us have any idea why people are declaring war. But we think it's interesting. :)

I speak for all of us pirates when I say we are no longer quite as interested as we were before.
