Many years had passed since the founding of the new capital at Janus, the United Terran republic has become the united federation of Lokii, over the past 30 years of isolation, contact with sol has been lost, the Federation has expanded to encompass three systems. technology has been progressing slowly and steadily, New anti matter particle engineering has produced more compact and safer anti matter reactors...
Federation year 00.20:
Captains log: Since the federation was founded 20 years ago, we have been slowly expanding keeping to our selves in some what of an isolationist's state, finally the Federation council and president has authorized that me captain John miller, take my ship the USS Asia to three systems, our mission is to try to discover life and possible open relations with new races. we will be accompanied by the USS sleepy hollow, and the USS Hathaway.

Capitan miller put his some what small recorder down on his reflective metallic and glass desk, he swiveled his chair over to the Grey white mundane walls of his ship, he sighed a bit leaning back on his chair, the windows behind him, facing out in to the endless dark void of space. He stood up from his chair, fixing his blue flight suit like BDU uniform, he walked out of his quarters, the doors swooshing in front and then behind him, his black hair was emphasized by the white lights of the corridors as he made his short jaunt to the bridge. the bridge doors opened, what miller saw was a small mass of officers walking around to various stations, sitting at various consoles, he could hear various beeps and noises from they're work and sensors. He smiled a bit as he nodded to his xo who smiled at him, he rushed over to his leather like chair in the center of this busy area, he sits down and leans back swiveling over to his helms officer. He started to speak in a commanding voice.
"Helm set a course for our first stop, let the sleepy hollow and the Hathaway know, and lets move out.."
The helms officer nodded tapping his console quickly as he followed the orders. the some what mid sized three hundred and two meter star ship began to move, its white plated hull gently reflecting the soft yellow Janausian sun off its saucer section, nacelles and star drive, the ships busstard collectors twirled around in the cap of the nacelles, quicker and quicker as the ship picked up speed. Miller smiled raised his hand and then signaled froward.
Suddenly the small fleet of ships rushed froward they're bodies bending in bright white star bursts. Several hours later, the ships drooped out of warp near a small system just near sol, they're bodies glided ominously in to the system at full impulse. They're engines pushing them along as the light reflected off of they're hulls. Mill sat back with a sigh nodding to his con officer who was already starting scans, the ship was held steady moving quickly in to the system. It was now the waiting game, see and wait if some thing or some one was there if not they would move on to the next system.
The two other ships split up in to a loose formation scanning planets asteroids and other stellar objects...
