We of the Nation State and republic of Nerdstantinople, are pleased to find others of equal intelligence beyond our shores. For many of our years we have wondered if there was another civilization apart from our own, and we are delighted to discover this to be true. Should this message reach other states keen to develop dialogue with us, we welcome it. We are a peaceful and socially stable entitiy with fine land and adequate produce. Some years ago we were rained on (they fell from the sky) by a number of black shiny creatures that appeared to have developed a form of proulsion we described as "SCWImmIng". Our prophets named them "Dollfyns." Attached to the side of one of these creature was another smaller entity that we discovered coud translate all language and thought to a common style that could be shared.
We have called these "BaYbeLLPhysh". (They are allowing us to create this message.)
