I have seen some with 50 or 60 members, but i would assume their are much bigger ones out there.

Indonesia's right. the Feeders, (North, South, East West, and just plain Pacific) have the most nations.
The largest Player-created regions phase in and out. They telegram almost every new nation, so they grow quickly.
Here's a list of very large ones: Taijuitu, Gret Britain and Ireland, Great Green Federation, the Lexicon, 10000 Islands, and A New Power.

The Pub has just under 200 nations.
The largest Player-created regions have about 1,000.
