The Multiland Leadership has decided to make certain forms of groping legal. Because everybody has a bum (ass), it will be legal to grope a person's bum without their consent, regardless of the reason for doing so (even if the reason is sexual). Because everbody has a pair of nipples, groping of nipples, including women's nipples and the rest of the breast areas, will be legal, whatever the reason (again, even if for a sexual reason).

A spate of protests has begun in response to the introduction of Act 27. Act 27 is supposedly aimed at reducing crime by giving people short sharp periods in prison, but many people who had been previously imprisoned for life for rape have been released - and rather than mend their ways, several of these people (mainly men) have got together and carried out gang rapes across the country. One girl, 10-year-old Sarah Toile-troundhere was raped on three seperate occassions by the gang and each time her parents were forced to watch.
"It's horrible," she told MIN. "The first time was bad enough, but now I know they can rape me whenever they want until the police manage to catch them all - and because there's so many, that won't be for a long time. They've said they'll come back many more times and the police are refusing to offer 24-hour protection." The police have told several girls that they simply don't have the personnel to offer such protection to each girl, despite the fact that they can request the Multiland Protection Service to get involved. "There's nothing I can do. I'm just waiting for them to rape me again and I just have to accept it".
The police claim they are looking for the suspects, but it's been over a month and the police are no nearer to finding them. Chief of National Operations told us: "We're doing what we can. We have been trying to find the suspects, but we have other things to do. They haven't left any DNA so far, so we're going to allow the men to continue to rape the girls, especially Sarah, until they slip up and leave DNA evidence behind. Once they've done that, we have a better chance of finding them. In the meantime, we're going to stop wasting our resources - we're going to do nothing and let the gang rapes continue without intervening."
Yes, you heard him right - he thinks it's best to wait until DNA evidence is left, even if that means the girls are raped even more.
