"Well it seems after interveiwing members of the crowd that this is a peace protest against the Militaristic policies pursued by the Central Committee and the Politburo. Specificaly the Mining of Uranium for the Nuclear "Deterrent" and the Governments vast spending on the Military which seems to have hit record highs.
We where able to obtain footage of the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces Vladimer Vlashnov's speech to the Politburo detailing his arguement for the budget increases. Where patching it in now."
