The Dominion of Technogarde is at last ready to make a public announcement of it's existence, after skilfully managing the most of our internal affairs and stabilizing the new-found, rising nation, we at last start to look outwards.
The Technogarde is proud to announce that our citizens, even thou far from being Wealthy by normal standards, hold other type of wealth. Our government offers them full freedom within the limits of their own lives, yet offers great guidance and patriarchal care when it comes to major political decisions, for the common good.
We think it is our sacred charge, at dawn of new era, to embrace all the benefits of modern age and not stand in the way of relentless human progress. The Genie is already out of the bottle and new technologies are developed every day, one not to embrace them shall be left behind.
As our first move on the frontier of international relations we plead every reasonable nation, man or woman no matter their ethnic or religious background or education, no matter their social status or noble title to accept the truth. Governments of the world, senators, presidents, monarchs and dictators: Should your research facilities ever request to legalize any progress-related issue, for instance the cloning of human beings or developing of the stem-cell research, vote in their favor.
It might seem monstrous and unethical, it might seem to oppose the Almighty God that might be out there: but in the long run, we all shall rip the benefits of those decisions, and should God exist: he would be proud of his creations achieving such great feats of understand of this world, even the Life itself.
We hope you will heed the call of reason, and march along under drumbeat of human progress: it has taken us that far already, and still we have a long way to go. May we not step down from our path, now that wonders of modern-age technology are there to serve the People.
