Lakava will host a World Festival starting a month from today lasting two weeks. It will be held in the city of Kazbah which is a small town 35 miles outside the city of Nasleshveyavumka. An invitation is extended to all in hopes that The Repbulic of Lakava may grow and have more realtionships with other nations. The festival hopes to bring cultures from not just Eastern Europe but the entire world. The festival hopes to incorprate dance, food, culture, music, etc. All those that wish to attend the festival may say so in a reply.

Several bodies within the Indian Soviet Commonwealth of Beth Gellert have already expressed an interest in the proposed World Festival in Lakava and are dipping into their credit unions in search of funding for a Soviet mission to the event.

Already communications have been forwarded by individuals asking after Lakavan customs laws, many in reference to various Geletian beverages, infamous for their high alcohol content and often for their production's use of elsewhere-banned narcotics. Indians wouldn't like to turn up with vats of traditional wine that end up confiscated at the border or resulting in criminal proceedings. Other comrades considering attendance wonder whether to leave their swords at home...
