The United States seeks to establish new relations with the nations of the world. The President invites the world's leaders to join him at his ranch complex in the state of Kurdistan to discuss relations between our nations.

Lord Celebrimbor, the Menelmacari Prefect of Science and Education, glanced at the maps the UnitedStates had provided. Then he glanced at a satellite scan of the same areas. Then back at the maps, then back at the scans. Then he looked at his computer, on whose holographic screen was displayed the long rebuttal he had prepared for his ongoing discussion with the UnitedStates secretary of state.

"Delete it. Delete it all." The holo went blank. "I'll just let them keep doing what they're doing...." he added, to himself. "There's really nothing I can do for these people."

OOC: I'm bad at drawing things. That second map of those two states are actually only 4.5% the size of the nation as a whole, but I'm working with paint.
