What do we do about corrupt governments and nations ruled with an iron fist? There seems to be lots of them out there. I am new to the game and would like to try and initiate action on some of these nations. How do I begin to make my mark here? Also, are there any prominent conservative theocracies out there? I would like to engage them, as well.

Any suggestions would be great.
