The government of F1 Insanity, recently declared independent, announces the concept of FULL TRUTH.

When the government determines something to be fact, it becomes the FULL TRUTH.

One aspect of the FULL TRUTH is, that it cannot be questioned. Ever. Under any circumstances.

Any criticism of the government will be considered a TOTAL FALSEHOOD. Telling a TOTAL FALSEHOOD will get you in jail.

F1 Insanity, being small and without military capacity, calls on the world to embrace the concept of FULL TRUTH.

In Errinundera "full" is a euphemism for "drunk" so I suppose what we have in F1 Insanity could be taken as the "drunken truth" which seems appropriate.
