So recently I was thinking about meritocracies vs. aristocracies. But then I thought that aristocracy isn't necessarilly the oppostie of meritocracy. The opposite would be something like how Bush runs things... if you do a "heck of a job" you get promoted.
Is there a term for this? If not we should make one up.
