I have created the #Diplomats_Lounge IRC in character chan on Espernet for characters from different nations to come together, and interact.
I wanted to encourage LIVE roleplay since sometimes it takes weeks to communicate over the forums between characters. I encourage people to use this for diplomatic meetings, etc.
