The counsil of the elders of the Anarchist Alliance announce the start of the anual dragonhunt in the nations forrests. Foreigners can join after applying for a tourist visum, passing the dragon-hunter test and paying the hunting fee, wich this year is set to 100 gp for participation and 10.000 gp for each dragon felled that is taken out of the country (the meat is delicious and the head an impressive decoration on any hunters trophy wall).
The following rules aplly to all hunters:
- Only Black and Red dragons might be hunted, as the beasts attack domestic animals and might attack people. These creatures will be limited to the nationa reservates in the north of the country, where they can do no harm to humans.
- It is illegal to hunt in the above mentioned reservations.
- It is illegal to hunt on Blue dragons, who don't pose a treath to human life, even if they attack animals. The peasants will be compensated for the loss of cows and sheep to the predator.
- Any hunter who break the above rules wil lose his hunting permit for the season and will have to apply to get a new one in comming seasons. He will aslo be obliged to pay a compensation of 300.000 gp for each blue dragon killed and a compensation of 175.000 for each black or green dragon killed in reservation. The hunter will also face criminal charges and risk up to 5 years of prison for illegal hunting.
- To kill or attack a white dragon will be punished with up to 15 years of prison, loosing all hunting allowanses in the land for the rest of his life and will have to pay a compensation of 500.000 gp to the goverment.
- The White dragons are a nearly extinct specie of dragons that don't attack human or their cattle and is normally not dangerous.
- The hunting weapon currently applied is the AK-125 repeating grenade rifle. All hunters will be tought the use of this weapon as a part of the dragon-hunter test.
