Here are the rules:
Godmoding (dictating anothers reaction to your action) is not alowed. Ever.
No special powers or weapons. You cant fly, chuck fireballs around, or attack me with a lightsaber. You can create your own weapons, but they are limited to blades, simple projectiles and the like. think pre-16th century.
No consecutive actions. You cannot make an action, and then post another one before your target does. In between you can do a bit of taunting, if you like but no more actions.
Weapon Limit is 4 weapons. Using two things, one in each hand, counts as one. Bow and arrows count as one. ou hav infinite ammo if you have a ranged weapon.
That pretty much sums it up. You dont have to be human, and if you arnt, you can make a slight exception to the powers rule. If you want to be a bear, for example, you can have increased strength, but no weapons other than your claws and teeth, and you are slower. Increase on ability, you must decrease another. Magic is still out.

A tall, dark shadow walks forth. Hooded an cloaked, you can make out the glimmer of unatural eyes, the glint of steel. He walks to the center of the high-walled, sandy arena and chuckles manically.
Name- Cailas
Race- Once human, now much more...
Arms- Two long scimitars, an 8-foot staff with blades on each end, throwing Knives, and a foot long blade on each wrist.
Armor- Light plates on his chest, arms, and legs. All joinst protected but leather-chain composite. He has a helm under his hood, but you cant see it.
Age- ??? (necromantically prolonged)
Notes- Insane. Very. Not incredibly strong, but fast. Delights in causing pain.
