Although we are a member nation of CDF, we are yet to give our portion of mainly troops. We wish to confirm a few things first. Where does CDF train its troops? What is its view on allowing any CDF troops on Ciego de Avilan territory? If that doesn't make sense, i will put it this way - Will any of your laws (gov) oppose CDF Bases with SM Troops in Ciego de Avila? Now i dont make any sense, but try to answer them thanks...

All CDF troops will recieve whatever training from there own nations, but will train together with other member nations CDF troops on occasions. CDF troops depending on International laws, can be based anywhere (depending on International Laws) but must be for Peace-Keeping purposes or if they are gathered on another Member Nations Land, there are based there temporarily for training or a major base for Peace-Keeping Operations near-by, does this make such sense?
So you may be submitting troops? If possible we are seeking aircraft bases in your nation as a forward "base" for any peace-keeping operations that may take place in the near future.

Just out of curiosity how big is your entire military? All up we are about 200,000, we depend on technology, but we are not a dictatorship or evil!!!

Ciego de Avila will be sending 900 Soldiers fully-equipped with Russian-Cold War era Weapons, however these troops as you may want, are free to be equiped with you weaponry & training. We will also be sending 2 B-52 Bombers & 12 m1a1 tanks along with their crews. We may also send a small medical team in the near future.
Our Entire Militia is around 75,000 in size (estimate) with the army taking around 45,000 of that. We also have two available areas for 2 airbases one with a possible location for a small naval base. Both bases could cater 100 aircraft each. Would the head of CDF seek these?

San Monticaz has accepted your troops & will allow such weaponry however will receive basic training in modern techniques & with modern weaponry! CDF is very interested in these locations & two engineer teams are enroute to those locations.
