Qualifying Format: Amount of groups and number of team per group will depend on the amount of nations that sign up. There will be a number of direct qualifiers (depending on signups) with another of teams battling it out in playoffs (also depending on number of signups, The 6 best teams, not necessarily the three seeds will be in the playoffs)

World Cup Proper: The World Cup be the standard 32 teams in eight groups of four with top to moving on the knockout rounds.

The Scorinator: We will be using the on line version of VSS (Vilita's scorinator) Which has been the scorinator for the last two cups. Meaning that RPs will be very valuable.

RP Bonus: We will base RP on the following: Length, Quality, Presentation, and Other, all based on a scale of 1-10. All RPs will be worth something throughout the whole tournament. Also the two host nations will add RPs when we can.

Friendlies: There will be a friendly before the qualifiers begin, and possibly one at the half-way mark. Also, teams can set up their own friendlies on any match day they would like, and the hosts will scorinate the matches for them.

Heehee, Az, just as you said, it confused people.

Mind you that wasn't actually the point. The idea behind it is that the most important thing to represent Az-cz is the dash. Therefore it's all that shows up.

Cas, I'm assuming you mean Length, Quality, Presentation and Other, and no, they will all be worth the same amount.

Could you define what "Quality, Presentation, and Other" are? (Length is a bit self-explanatory)

Sure thing.

Quality: The general level of the post, good, bad, awesome.

Presentation: If the RP is pretty or not, the organization of it.

Other: If something blows us away, its basically other. Or anything else unexpected.

I think this one MAY be a bit unfair. Some of us aren't able to do fancy headers or nice-looking standings in the posts .

I'd say the difference between an average post in presentation and a superb post in presentation are less than the average difference between quality of RP. But if someone puts in work making there things look nice, they ought to be rewarded for that. However if all they do is make it look nice it still won't get a good score. Remember presentation is just one of the things we'll be looking at. Basically we're scoring in the standard way.
