ETRES VRAIS HOSTS WINTER INTERNATIONAL SPORTS EXPO

Dear Participants--
This year, we begin a new tradition-- the WISE --a program we hope to boost to a new level throughout the world. We thank you and commend you and your nations for their support in this fledgling tradition. With this said, we would like to officially open to WISE2007 games. As per opening procedure, the member nations must complete the following:
--Member nations must supply a list of all participants in each event. In a post, state your country name and the event. Below this, write the names of your participants. **If you have more than one participant, such as in Figure Skating, Skiing, and Snowboarding, please list as TEAM 1, TEAM 2, TEAM 3, etc.
--In addition, each nation must also include who will be attending the Opening Ceremony of the WISE games with a number of how many seats they will be requiring!
--Nations that speak other languages as their official language, must let me know in their post, so we can further accommodate these nations. **Please note, that ALL posts will be in ENGLISH and FRENCH the official languages of Etres Vrais as well as DUTCH, the official language of my region, New Belgium.

We hope you all enjoy participating here at the games and hope you enjoy staying in Etres Vrais.

**Please note ALL ATHLETES must check into the WISE hotel in Sur-le-Vieux by 12:00 PM EST on January 7th, 2007!

cette année, nous commençons une nouvelle tradition -- le programme SAGE de --a que nous espérons amplifier à un nouveau niveau dans le monde entier. Nous vous remercions et recommandons vous et vos nations pour leur appui dans cette tradition de débutant. Le ceci étant dit, nous voudrions nous ouvrir officiellement aux jeux WISE2007. Selon la procédure ouverte, les pays membres doivent accomplir ce qui suit :
-- les pays membres doivent fournir une liste de tous les participants à chaque événement. Dans un poteau, énoncez votre nom de pays et l'événement. Au-dessous de ceci, écrivez les noms de vos participants. le ** si vous avez plus d'un participant, comme dans la figure patinage, skiant, et le Snowboarding, énumèrent svp comme ÉQUIPE 1, ÉQUIPE 2, ÉQUIPE 3, etc... Dans l'addition, chaque nation doit également inclure qui assistera à la cérémonie d'ouverture des jeux SAGES avec l'un certain nombre combien de sièges ils exigeront !
-- les nations qui parlent d'autres langues en tant que leur langue officielle, doivent me faire savoir dans leur poteau, ainsi nous pouvons plus loin adapter à ces nations. le ** notent svp, ce TOUS LES poteaux sera en anglais et le FRANÇAIS les langues officielles d'Etres Vrais aussi bien que le NÉERLANDAIS, la langue officielle de ma région, nouvelle Belgique. Wij danken u en bevelen u en uw naties voor hun steun in deze nieuwe traditie aan. Met bovengenoemd dit, zouden wij officieel voor spelen willen openen WISE2007. Zoals per het openen van procedure, moeten de lidnaties het volgende voltooien:
-- De naties van het lid moeten een lijst van alle deelnemers in elke gebeurtenis leveren. In een post, verklaar uw landnaam en gebeurtenis. Onder dit, schrijf de namen van uw deelnemers.

The receptionist at WISE Hotel just stared bluntly at the "king". She just hoped that dealing with madmen would give her extra recheparunites in her next paycheque.

"I am a King... and this is my trusty servant Patsy." Patsy clacked the coconuts together a few times.

"OK. Are you a horse?" the receptionist said sarcastically.

"Yes! He is!"

"He's using coconuts though!"

"What?"

"You've just got a servant and he's banging two empty halves of coconut together."

"So? We have ridden since the snows of winter covered our land, to reach the nation of Etres Vr-"

"Where did you get the coconuts?"

"We found them."

"Found them? In Etres Vrais? The coconut's tropical!"

"What do you mean?"

"Well, this is a temperate zone."

"The swallow may fly south with the sun or the house martin or the plover may seek warmer climes in winter, yet these are no strangers to our land?"

"Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?"

"Not at all. They could be carried."

"What? A swallow carrying a coconut?"

"It could grip it by the husk!"

"It's not a question of where he grips it! It's a simple question of weight ratios! A five ounce bird could not carry a one pound coconut."

"Well, it doesn't matter. Will you go and tell your master that Arthur from the Court of Camelot is here?"

"No. Just fill out this form."

"Then can I see your master?"

"Yes, when you fill out the form."

Great, some English people who think they're French, the receptionist thought.

"Let us fill in the form!" a "French" Guard told the receptionist. "Let us fill it in or we will taunt you a second time!"

"OK Sir, just fill in all the details please. Here are the keys to your rooms." she replied, handing the keys to the guard, the King and the servant.

"I don't wanna talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper! I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!" The French Guard told the receptionist, promptly leaving, and Arthur followed, determined to find some cup that belonged to them. "Come, Patsy!" he exclaimed.

Soon, the receptionist could hear another voice- someone singing?

"Bravely bold Sir Robin rode forth from Camelot.
He was not afraid to take part, O brave Sir Robin.
He was not at all afraid to lose in nasty ways,
Brave, brave, brave, brave Sir Robin!"

"Hello. I am Sir Robin, and I am here to take part in the figure skating with my favourite Minstrel, The Minstrel from Scene 10."

"Yeah...sure. Just fill in the form."
